Buku Keperawatan

Waktu kuliah dahulu saya berangan-angan memiliki buku keperawatan tentang Medical Surgical, Nursing Care Plan atau buku lain terbitan dari luar negeri. Kebetulan di tahun 90-an masih sedikit buku keperawatan di toko buku. Angan-angan itu tidak terwujud hingga aku selesai kuliah.
Alhamdulillah setelah bekerja dan mendapat kesempatan ke luar negeri pada tahun 2000 aku mendapatkan buku-buku tersebut dari teman-teman yang berasal dari Philipina. Memang di negara mereka diperbolehkan mencetak buku khususnya dari Amerika sehingga keperawatan mereka America minded. Itu juga yang membuat mereka sangat fasih berbahasa Inggris sehingga nilai jual mereka sangat tinggi di luar negeri. Sempat ngiri dalam hati .... kenapa mereka bisa sedangkan kita yang mempunyai skill diatas mereka sangat sulit untuk bersaing khususnya dalam memperebutkan peluang kerja di luar negeri.
Terlepas dari hal diatas .... ternyata di Intenet banyak sekali buku-buku keperawatan yang dapat kita peroleh dengan gratis. Aku sudah mendapatkan banyak buku sesuai dengan angan-anganku sewaktu kuliah : medical surgical, nursing care plan bahkan buku lain yang tidak pernah aku inginkan. Bahkan buku persiapan ujian untuk penempatan perawat ke luar negeri juga ada. Dari buku ini kita dapat mengetahui kelayakan diri kita untuk mendaftar dan mengikuti test.

Aku harap informasi ini dapat berguna sehingga perawat tidak akan kesulitan untuk belajar karena adanya buku yang bisa didapat secara gratis.

Mencari uang lewat survey

Banyak cerita kita bisa mendapatkan uang lewat survey di internet. Belum percaya aku coba A@w survey. Memang benar dalam tempo 3 hari aku bisa mengumpulkan $28. Tapi setelah itu .... habis sudah survey yang harus diberi komentar, hanya bisa mengirimkan survey tersebut ke teman yang mau memberikan komentar, baru kita mendapatkan $1,25. Setelah terkumpul $70 baru bisa kita mentransfer uang ke paypal atau kredit card kalo kita punya.
Kesimpulan .... tidak semudah yang kita bayangkan untuk mendapatkan uang dengan internet. Perlu perjuangan dan kreatifitas.

Setelah sembilan tahun menikah, Allah merestuiku untuk merawat anak laki-laki. Walaupun keinginan anak pertama laki-laki tidak terkabulkan, rasa syukurku kepadaNya tidak dapat aku ukur. Terima Kasih Tuhan.

Nursing Interventions

Very easy to be nurse if they know how to explore their capability. For example doing nursing intervention, Nanda had been made NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) 5th edition. Using NIC we will not get difficultly what we will do because NANDA made it by classifications as the problem. I suggest Indonesian Nurse Organizations adopt NIC and practice for Indonesian Nurse in their jobs.

With NIC, nurse's jobs will be managed and proper so Indonesian who get issues lazy to write will not happen. Here same example NIC that I download from Nanda.
